v0.2.1 is available for PCVR

I was pretty upset when I went to upload v0.2.0 and the compressed build size was 1.01GB.

After some distractions with another project, I've reduced the build size to 997MB by cutting out the "Extras" folder from the "Engine" subfolder in the game directory. This shouldn't impact anything and should make the game small enough to still release on Itch.io under their 1GB limit.

Paradise Is Below still isn't a completed game and without hiring a team, I don't know when it would be- so I need to reduce the scope of this experience and create a more defined gameplay loop. If you have any suggestions or feedback, let me know!
